Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of the Platform by Advanced Molds Technologies.
By creating an account or using the Platform (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Advanced Molds Technologies (“AMT”) in Amman, Jordan.
The Service
The Platform generates FMCG packaging concepts using AI, grounded in real moulding constraints. Concepts are a starting point for design and are subject to engineering review before they become production-ready tooling. AMT does not guarantee that any generated concept is suitable for manufacture without that review.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for activity under your account.
- Keep access to your email secure, as it is used to verify sign-in.
- You must be authorised to share any brief or material you submit.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful packaging design purposes. Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Concepts, quotes and meetings
- Concepts generated for you are provided for your packaging projects with AMT.
- A quote request and a booked meeting are requests; they are not a binding contract until confirmed by AMT in writing.
- Pricing for any tooling programme is provided separately by AMT.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the briefs and materials you submit. AMT retains all rights in the Platform, its software and branding. The AMT name and logos may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AMT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.
