Privacy Policy
How Advanced Molds Technologies handles the information you provide when you use the Platform.
This policy explains what we collect when you create an account and use the Platform, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to the Platform operated by Advanced Molds Technologies (“AMT”, “we”, “us”) in Amman, Jordan.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, company name and phone number, used to create and manage your account.
- Design content — the briefs, messages and descriptions you enter, and the concepts generated for you.
- Requests — quote requests you send to the manufacturer and meetings you book.
- Authentication data — a secure session so you stay signed in; we verify your email with a one-time code.
How we use your information
- To create your account and sign you in securely.
- To generate packaging concepts from your briefs.
- To prepare quotations and arrange meetings when you request them.
- To contact you about your projects, quotes and bookings.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the platform: a hosted database and authentication provider stores your account and project data; AI providers generate the 2D concept renders and optional 3D models; and an email service delivers verification codes and notifications. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
Data retention
We keep your account and project data while your account is active. Generated concept assets are stored privately and shared with you through short-lived secure links. You can delete projects from your dashboard at any time.
Your choices
- Update your profile details from Settings in your dashboard.
- Delete individual projects at any time.
- Contact us to request access to or deletion of your account data.
